Technician Scheduling That Turns More of Your Payroll Into Profit.

Your in-house crew, scheduled the way your best coordinator would do it. Your technicians are your fastest, most affordable resource — but only if the schedule keeps up.

Manual dispatch doesn't fail all at once.

It wastes a little of every technician's day, every day.

  1. 01

    Re-reading the calendar.

    Every single request.

  2. 02

    Rules in one head.

    Out sick? Guesswork.

  3. 03

    Drive time eats the day.

    Criss-crossing town.

  4. 04

    Too full, or too empty.

    Never quite right.

  5. 05

    Triage details get lost.

    Wrong tech, two trips.

  6. 06

    Urgent jobs slip.

    Until the resident calls.

From a resident's text to a booked slot.

ROO already talks to your residents and decides which jobs go to your own team. Now it schedules them too.

When a work order is headed to your in-house crew, ROO picks the technician and the time slot. It looks at your crew's real week for the next few days and follows your company's rules, written in plain English. The appointment is written straight into the calendar your team already uses, and your coordinator can still move anything. Jobs it shouldn't book on its own go straight to your coordinator with the reason.

  1. 1

    Request

    ROO talks to the resident

  2. 2

    Decision

Your rules and your crew's real week

  3. 3

    Booked

Written into your PMS calendar. You can still move anything.

It starts from what triage found.

What ROO learns while troubleshooting with the resident shapes who goes. A corroded valve calls for a senior plumber. A leak that came back goes to the technician who fixed it last time. Availability, permission to enter and requests like “first thing in the morning” come along with the job.

Your rules, in your words.

Write “two windows a day, 8–12 and 1–5”, “no more than four jobs booked for tomorrow” or “Marcus covers the north side”. ROO turns each one into a rule you confirm before it's used.

Every booking explains itself.

Booked

Marcus · Plumbing · North side · Tue 1–5

Why

“Marcus fixed this leak last month and is a senior plumber. He's 0.6 miles away at his 1:00 job, the window has room, and the resident is home that afternoon.”

You stay in control.

It never moves a job that's already booked. You can change anything in your calendar, and you can turn it on one trade at a time.

  • It sees the whole calendar

Inspections, turns and internal work already on the calendar count as booked time, so nobody gets double-booked.

  • Nearby jobs get paired

Each open slot is scored by how close it is to the jobs before and after it, the technician's skills, the workload, and how soon the job can happen.

  • Built-in buffer

Daily caps and per-window limits keep room for the leak that hasn't happened yet.

  • Urgent jobs inside their SLA

If no slot fits in time, your coordinator hears about it now, not after the resident calls back.
